Associaton Sunce has been a proud member of the BioNET network since its inception.
“Collaboration among organizations involved in the BioNET network enables mutual support in addressing the complex environmental challenges that organizations face daily. The network allows us to form partnerships, exchange knowledge, and initiate efforts towards a common goal – preserving biodiversity. By combining our expertise and shared conservation objectives, we gain strength in our actions and work towards changing the mindset from ordinary individuals to executive authorities and institutions to achieve our common conservation goals. For this reason, Sunce finds great value in being part of the BioNET network”, they said in this association.
Despite Sunce’s longstanding existence, they are aware that they must continuously work on their selves and their competencies to ensure that their work remains relevant and effective.
“Through the grant we received from BIONET, we will focus on improving our skills and capacities. We aimed to enhance our feedback mechanisms, which we consider crucial, especially in our work with stakeholders, as well as strategies for effective stress management to ensure the productivity and well-being of our team. We began our education program in January of this year and look forward to gaining new knowledge and skills that we can apply in our daily work. More about our activities coming soon!”
